Born in Palm Springs, CA. USA in 1995, Anthony Arcaini started piano lessons at age 5 and began studying the cello at 11.  He has attended conducting and composing classes with Professor Sleeper at the University of Miami School of Music since he was 12.  This spring he passed the admission test to the prestigious Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts in Palm Beach, FL with the highest possible marks.

In July 2007, he played Chopin and his first composition "Beautiful Garden" (2005) during the Cortona memorial concert for his grandfather, Professor Ferruccio Arcaini.

In May 2009, he conducted the Orchestra Filarmonica del Teatro Comunale di Bologna in Mozart's Symphony N. 29 in A Major and played his own 2008 composition "Monaco Fantastique" on the piano.  The performance in Bologna's Teatro Comunale was in aid of Italy's earthquake victims in the Abruzzo. 

His special mentor is Maestro Alberto Veronesi who has provided Anthony with practical experience in conducting and has undertaken to guide him in his quest for excellence.
